Warranty : 18 months warranty against manufacturing defects
Covered in Warranty : Manufacturing defects in the material; Defects/problems in workmanship; Termite and fungal infestation (only if the product has not been exposed to water); Colour fading (only if the product has not been exposed to direct sunlight); Product failure.
Not Covered in Warranty : The Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, fungus appearance due to cleaning with water or chemical, color fading or scratches due to use of mouse without mouse pad, tampering, abuse, fire or natural calamity; Scratches, rips as a result of use; Negligence, unauthorized usage/fitting/dismantling; Continuous contact with water; Shifting of furniture without dismantling; Furniture damage caused due to direct exposure to sunlight; Furniture bought from unauthorized seller of TADesign.
