Cancellation, Returns & Replacement
- You can cancel your order by contacting our customer support team before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation is not allowed post the order has been shipped.
- Currently, we do not accept any returns.
- In case of manufacturing defect, damaged, defective, or wrong product is delivered then we will pickup the delivered product from your location and will send a part/full replacement of the product.
- Customersneed to contact our customer support team within 48 hours from the date of delivery or assembly in case there is any manufacturing defects in the product or damaged or wrong product is delivered.
- Any product returned to us should be in the same condition as received in its original packaging, invoice, and tags.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged, kindly refuse to accept the delivery and contact our customer care team mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is done at the earliest.
- In case the part or product is not in stock to provide replacement then we will pickup the damaged/defective/wrong product and full refund will be issued post pickup confirmation received from our courier team.
